Return date should be within 7 calendar days from courier delivery date. Signature proof of delivery can be easily monitored by using the order’s tracking number on www.dhl.com
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS cannot be returned due to their specific and unique sizing, unless a case of defect or incorrectly sent item is proven and these return instructions are to be followed.

If you decide to post with Registered Mail or International Courier per your choice and expense, make sure to request a full coverage tracking number, because in this case our team is not responsible and cannot guarantee delivery.
